Privacy

This website has no cookies, no analytics, no ads and no forms. We only learn about you if you book a call, email us, or work with us. Here is what happens in each case.

Who we are

Agenia Agents, the US AI agents firm of Agenia. Write to us at hello@ageniaagents.com.

Visiting this website

  • The site is hosted on Cloudflare. To deliver and protect it, Cloudflare processes your IP address and basic request details, such as the page asked for and the time. We do not use them to identify you.
  • Fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser asks Google's servers for them and Google sees your IP address.
  • Case study videos load from YouTube only when you press play, through YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain. From then on, YouTube's own privacy policy applies to that video.
  • If you switch the site to the dark theme, that choice is saved in your own browser, on your device only. It is not a cookie and it is never sent to us.

Booking a call

Calls are booked through Cal.com. What you enter there, such as your name, email, company and the time you pick, is shared with us so we can prepare for and hold the call. We do not add you to a mailing list.

Emailing us

When you write to us, we keep the message and our reply so we can follow up and keep a record. We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not share them except with the services that run our email and calendar.

When you work with us

Before we build anything, we agree in writing which of your systems and data each agent may use. The agents work inside your own accounts with the access you grant, and you can take it back at any time. We do not sell your data or your clients' data, and we do not use it to train AI models. When our work together ends, we remove our access and delete the copies we hold, unless the law requires us to keep something.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to hello@ageniaagents.com. We answer within 30 days.
